Cook Commercial Realty closed 3 warehouse deals within the last 30 days totaling 100,000 square feet and $6,000,000.
Daniel Cook, President and owner of Cook Commercial Realty, Inc., represented the owner in all three deals:
- The sale of 8775-8785 NW 13 Terrace in Miami, a 30,000 square foot warehouse closed July 19, 2013 for $2,350,000. Wes LaPradd of Beacon Commercial represented the buyer.
- A 26,640 square foot warehouse located at 7955 W 20 Ave. in Hialeah, sold for $1,550,000. J.C. Pastrana of Prime Realty Advisors represented the buyer. The transaction closed on June 28th.
- A warehouse located at 8717 NW 117 Street in Hialeah Gardens sold on July 29, 2013. The 44,000 square foot building traded for $2,150,000. Joel Kattan of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer.
The trio of deals comes on the heels of the sale of a 25,000 square foot building located at 3801 South St. Rd. 7 in West Park in April. The building, which sits on 3.92 acres, sold for $4.1 million. Mark Zitzbank of Florida’s Best Realty represented the buyer.
